There were four different sauces accompanying the Bubbling Prosperity Steamboat. They had the Chilli sauce, Sweet Sauce, Sambal Belacan and Peanut Sauce (from top left , clockwise)

Executive Chef, Chef Fozi, came out to say hi to us as well as we were getting ready to tuck into our bountiful dinner.

Our dinner came out in two platters, the meat and seafood platter, as you can see here….

The soup came in two popular flavours, Tom Yam and Chicken Broth. The Tom Yam did seem a little sweet when I first tasted it but after the second mouth, it was just perfect with the right amount of spiciness and a hint of sourness. Definitely very flavorful as it also was with the Chicken Broth.

And seriously, at the price they are charging of just RM23++ per person, it is a real value for money to be taking your own sweet time dining in lovely ambience with your family and friends enjoying this yummy Steamboat.
